Sausage Party FCs

These are my Food Fight um, Sausage Party FCs. They're all forgotten leftover holiday candy.
I'll list them off in the order that i thought them up, so it's a little jumbled. I also haven't thought of names for them, so i'm just going to call them by what they are.

Green Basket Egg: I was initially gonna do a jelly bird egg, buuut it must have been how much my mom loves these ones that pushed me to make him one of those instead. He's slightly fidgety, but is moreso a kind of uncertain guy in the decisions and actions that he takes.

Candy Corn: I had designed some little candy corn character quite a bit ago, so i thought it'd be neat to try it again. I did this one in the classic orientation (as opposed to the last one). I also thought that it'd be neat to make this one a girl, but have it look more like the masculine foods in the movie. She's peppy and really more of a child, so the others watch out for her and make sure that she's safe.

Gummy Heart: I couldn't think of many Valentine's Day-specific candies besides conversation hearts, but i always thought that the cherry and strawberry gummies tasted better. She's bratty and usually immature. She particularly doesn't get along with the basket egg, but she doesn't particularly like any of the others here.

Candy Cane: The classic Christmas candy, i'm not creative. He doesn't speak proper English (or, um, whatever language they say it is) so he has a hard time communicating [he has a Russian accent, which is probably inspired by the way they did Santa Claus in the Dreamworks 'Guardians' movie]. His mouth is actually on the other side of his face, so that also makes him feel different. He doesn't take it personally, though, and still likes to be around the others.

Gumdrop: This was the only other Christmas-specific candy that i could think of :T Besides being "cutesy," i wanted to make him a kind of contrast to the candy corn girl, where he's the calm and sweet kind of child that everyone loves... eeeexcept he's not exactly a child, he's like a young adult. Go figure.

Popcorn Ball: Again, i couldn't come up with another Halloween-specific candies (wut), but i thought that while he's not exactly candy, he can still work with them. He's hefty and burly and has a Scottish accent, but he's actually a big cute softy to the people that he likes. Iiiit's probably all the popcorn and marshmallow in him

Chocolate Bunny: This one is actually an adopt that i got from jamsbunnies and thought that he'd be neat to include here. [I am actually gonna use him more on my regular account though, so he's not tooootally with these guys.] I thought it would be interesting if she would have the regular chocolate rabbit shape from the molds, but have the arms and legs like all the other characters. He's different here than on my other account also because he's more of the quiet "they'll figure it out on their own" kind of guy. He does, however, usually find himself surprised at what the others do.

Chocolate Lips: I noticed at around popcorn ball that i had like two for each holiday that i had, but i still couldn't think of much for Valentine's Day. I did also notice, however, that there were basically two of every candy type as well: two fondants, two gummies, and two.. eh, well, 'otherssss....' so that convinced me to actually add my bunny and to do another chocolate character. I didn't want to do another heart and i thought that maybe lips would fit the way the main characters are in the movie and kind sexualize foodstuffs... uh yeah, so she's lips. She's feminine and polite and has a crush on basket egg and stuff. She doesn't get along well with gummy heart.


ironically i don't particularly plaaaaan on watching Sausage Party because one of my friends said that it may be disturbing to me. I have, however, been interested in it since i saw the first trailer months ago. I'll see how it goes with that, but have actually somewhat developed these characters a bit independently of the movie's events, so that's something.
